Pointing out that the EU, which has been silent for a long time, has finally made a statement through the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Policy and Security and that a comprehensive negotiation should be held in this statement, Sava\u015fan said, \u201cThe EU must convince Greece, its own member, for this. Greece does not want a comprehensive negotiation. Their own representatives say this. They say \u2018Turkey is trying to get us to sit at a table where everything will be discussed\u2019. \u201cAKINCI TRIES NOT TO TAKE SIDES...\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sava\u015fan drew attention to the need for the Turkish Cypriot people to be involved in this process and criticized President Ak\u0131nc\u0131's \u201cattitude of trying not to take sides\u201d.<\/p>\n

Sava\u015fan said, \u201cPresident Ak\u0131nc\u0131 does not speak much on this issue. When he does, he makes wishes and wishes as if he were an impartial observer. The issue is clear. The Greek-Greek side is in an aggressive attitude.
