They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in brotherhood.\u201d <span class=\"marked\">Ahmet Sava\u015fan<\/span>, He pointed out that it is important to remember that these are the words of people who have seen what a world full of crimes against humanity based on race and religion looks like.<\/p>\n<p><strong>HUMANITY STILL HAS A LONG WAY TO GO...<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Emphasizing that even the right to life, the most fundamental right mentioned in the Declaration, is violated with various discriminations in many geographies of the world today\u00a0<span class=\"marked\">Ahmet Sava\u015fan<\/span>, He underlined that humanity still has a long way to go in realizing these principles.<\/p>\n<p><strong>THE UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS REMAINS AN IDEAL...<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Stating that although freedoms, which have been discussed since the Magna Carta, are accepted as a measure of civilization in 21st century democracies, they are still one of the great wounds of humanity\u00a0<span class=\"marked\">Ahmet Sava\u015fan<\/span>, \u201cWhat is happening in the Middle East and Africa today is an indication that the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, like all similar declarations, remains only an ideal.
