Dr. Ahmet Sava\u015fan, President of the Cyprus Health Tourism Council, issued a message on the 83rd anniversary of Atat\u00fcrk's passing into eternity and emphasized that Atat\u00fcrk's democratic and contemporary thought system, his universal values, his understanding of science as a guide and the principles he inherited will be kept alive forever. Stating that Mustafa Kemal Atat\u00fcrk wrote his name in indelible letters in the history of the world with his intellectual, political and military genius and served his country until the last moment of his short life in which he packed many achievements, Ahmet Sava\u015fan said, 10
\nHe pointed out that November is a day to show that we understand Atat\u00fcrk's ideals, his legacy and his ideas in the right way and that we will work to pass them on to future generations.<\/p>\n
November 10th is not a day of mourning.<\/strong> Atat\u00fcrk taught us to fight for the flag...<\/strong><\/p>\n At the end of his message, Sava\u015fan said, \u201cOur Great Leader Mustafa Kemal Atat\u00fcrk taught us to work, strive, persevere and sacrifice for the country, the homeland, the flag and the values we hold sacred. We can only show our love for him by putting into practice what we have learned from him.
