National Unity Party (UBP) Central Executive Board Member\u00a0Ahmet Sava\u015fan<\/span>\u00a0in a television program, the Prime Minister\u00a0Ersin Tatar<\/span>\u2019s presidency, he emphasized that his main goal would be \u201csocial unity\u201d and \u201crestoring good relations with Turkey\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cOne of the most important problems of our country today is our deteriorating relations with the Turkish government and public opinion. If these relations do not improve, our power to influence developments in our region will disappear and our economic problems will increase. Let alone receiving financial aid, even our tourism and higher education institutions will be shaken due to the reaction of the Turkish public opinion.\u201d\u00a0Ahmet Sava\u015fan<\/span>, emphasized the importance of establishing good relations with Turkey and\u00a0Ersin Tatar<\/span>\u2019s first priority in the presidency will be to restore these relations.<\/p>\n

\u201cPresident Tatar's love for Turkey is already proven. He will use this positive image to maximize these relations. TATAR IS A CYPRUS LOVER<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cTatar is a Turkish Cypriot. He has acted accordingly in every period of his life. He worked in Istanbul and served as the President of the Turkish Cypriot Cultural Association. Then he came to Cyprus, served as the president of a sports club, and engaged in television broadcasting without thinking about whether it would be profitable or not. Tatar is a Cyprus lover.
