{"id":15272,"date":"2022-08-29T18:34:10","date_gmt":"2022-08-29T18:34:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ahmetsavasan.biz\/?p=15272"},"modified":"2022-08-29T18:34:10","modified_gmt":"2022-08-29T18:34:10","slug":"belediyelerle-ilgili-iki-yasa-tasari-komitede-gorusulmeye-devam-ediliyor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ahmetsavasan.com\/en\/belediyelerle-ilgili-iki-yasa-tasari-komitede-gorusulmeye-devam-ediliyor\/","title":{"rendered":"Two bills on municipalities continue to be discussed in the committee"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>The Administrative, Public and Health Affairs Committee of the Assembly of the Republic continued to discuss two bills on municipalities today.<\/h2>\n<div class=\"news-copy\">\n<p>The Administrative, Public and Health Affairs Committee of the Assembly of the Republic of Turkey will discuss two draft laws on municipalities today at 10.00 a.m. UBP MP Committee Chairman <span class=\"marked\">\u00d6zdemir Berova<\/span> chaired by the President.<\/p>\n<p>It was decided to discuss the Municipalities (Amendment) Draft Law (Y.T.No: 1\/1\/2022) and the Municipalities Amendment Draft Law (Y.T.No: 7\/1\/2022), which include regulations such as redefining towns and cities, increasing the population criterion of 5 thousand and above to 20 thousand in local governments, and creating an autonomous and auditable structure in municipalities.<\/p>\n<p>The Committee continued to discuss the items at its meeting today. The Committee will continue its work at its next meeting.<\/p>\n<p>Officials from the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Interior, the Union of Cyprus Turkish Municipalities, Nicosia Turkish Municipality, G\u00fczelyurt Municipality, De\u011firmenlik Municipality, \u00c7atalk\u00f6y Municipality and the Municipal Workers' Union (BES) attended the committee meeting as invitees and made opinions and suggestions on the issue.<\/p>\n<p>UBP MP <span class=\"marked\">\u00d6zdemir Berova<\/span> The meeting of the Administrative, Public and Health Affairs Committee convened under the chairmanship of the Deputy Chairman of the Committee, CTP MP <span class=\"marked\">Elephant<\/span><span class=\"marked\">i<\/span><span class=\"marked\">z Besim<\/span>, committee members CTP MP <span class=\"marked\">Devrim Bar\u00e7\u0131n<\/span>, UBP MPs <span class=\"marked\">Ahmet Sava\u015fan<\/span> and <span class=\"marked\">Emrah Yesi<\/span><span class=\"marked\">l<\/span><span class=\"marked\">river<\/span> attended.
