The Ad Hoc and Special Committee of the Assembly of the Republic formed to discuss the European Union (EU) Harmonization Draft Laws, today, UBP MP Committee Chairman Oguzhan Hasipoglu<\/span> Convened under the Chairmanship.<\/p>\n

According to the information given by the Assembly, the Committee held a meeting titled \u201cElection of the Deputy Chairman of the Committee\u201d,\u00a0\u201c<\/strong>Hal Law Proposal (Proposal Holder \u0130zlem G\u00fcr\u00e7a\u011f<\/span> Altu\u011fra, UBP Kyrenia Deputy) (S.Y.\u00d6 No: 5\/1\/2022)\u201d and \u201cHal Bill (S.Y.T No: 36\/1\/2022)\u201d.<\/p>\n

Committee, \u201cHal Law Proposal\u201d (Proposal Holder \u0130zlem G\u00fcr\u00e7a\u011f<\/span> Altu\u011fra, UBP Kyrenia MP) (N.Y.\u00d6 No: 5\/1\/2022) under the \u2019Hal Bill (N.Y.T No: 36\/1\/2022)\u201c and decided to discuss it.<\/p>\n

The Ad Hoc and Special Committee formed to discuss the EU Harmonization Draft Laws first held the \u201cElection of the Deputy Chairman of the Committee\u201d on its agenda. CTP MP was elected as the Deputy Chairman of the Committee. \u015eifa \u00c7olako\u011flu<\/span> was elected unanimously.<\/p>\n

The Committee then continued the clause-by-clause discussion of the relevant Draft Law. The Committee will continue its work on the said Bill at its next meeting.<\/p>\n

At the committee meeting, Minister of Economy and Energy Olgun Amcaoglu<\/span> was present.<\/p>\n

Officials from the Ministry of Economy and Energy, the Ministry of Agriculture and Natural Resources, the Union of Municipalities, the TRNC Greenhouse Growers' Association, the Turkish Cypriot Vegetable and Fruit Wholesalers' Association, the Turkish Cypriot Farmers' Union, the Turkish Cypriot Chamber of Craftsmen and Artisans, the Turkish Cypriot Chamber of Commerce and the Chamber of Agricultural Engineers attended the committee meeting as invited guests and shared their views on the issue.<\/p>\n

The meeting of the Ad Hoc and Special Committee formed to discuss the EU Harmonization Draft Laws was attended by the Chairman of the Committee, UBP MP Oguzhan Hasipoglu<\/span>, CTP MP Deputy Chairman of the Committee \u015eifa \u00c7olako\u011flu<\/span>, Committee member UBP MP H\u00fcseyin \u00c7avu\u015f<\/span>, CTP MP Fide Kursat<\/span> and UBP MP Ahmet Sava\u015fan<\/span> attended.
