At its meeting today, the Administrative, Public and Health Affairs Committee of the Assembly of the Republic of Turkey approved the \u201cMunicipalities (Amendment) Draft Law (Y.T.No:1\/1\/2022)\u201d and the \u201cMunicipalities (Amendment) Draft Law (Y.T.No:7\/1\/2022)\u201d by a majority of votes and referred them to the agenda of the General Assembly of the Assembly.<\/p>\n
According to the statement made by the Parliament, the Administrative, Public and Health Affairs Committee of the Assembly of the Republic today, UBP MP Committee Chairman \u00d6zdemir Berova<\/span> chaired by the President.<\/p>\n The Committee discussed the \u201cMunicipalities (Amendment) Bill (Y.T.No:1\/1\/2022)\u201d and the \u201cMunicipalities (Amendment) Bill (Y.T.No:7\/1\/2022)\u201d, which were on its agenda and which it had previously decided to discuss by combining them.<\/p>\n The Committee approved the \u201cMunicipalities (Amendment) Draft Law (Y.T.No:1\/1\/2022)\u201d and the \u201cMunicipalities (Amendment) Draft Law (Y.T.No:7\/1\/2022)\u201d with a majority of votes and referred them to the plenary agenda.<\/p>\n Minister of Interior Ziya \u00d6zt\u00fcrkler<\/span> Officials from the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Interior attended the committee meeting as invited guests and gave their views on the issue.<\/p>\n Deputy Chairman of the Committee, CTP MP Filiz Besim<\/span>, committee members UBP MP Ahmet Sava\u015fan<\/span>, CTP MP Devrim Bar\u00e7\u0131n<\/span> and UBP MP Emrah Yesilirmak<\/span> attended. The meeting was also attended by UBP MP Hasan Kucuk<\/span>, CTP MPs Teberr\u00fcken Ulu\u00e7ay<\/span>, Erkut \u015eahali<\/span> and Independent MP Aysegul Baybars<\/span> also participated.<\/p>\n YE\u015eILIRMAK: \u201cNO MORE 51\/95, THERE IS 51\/2023\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n National Unity Party (UBP) MP Emrah Yesilirmak<\/span>, \u201cThis law, which has not been changed for many years, has come to life with the will of our government within the scope of the reform,\u201d he said on his social media account.<\/p>\n Ye\u015fil\u0131rmak continued his statement as follows:<\/p>\n \u201cAs a citizen who has been a mayor before, I would like to state that the realization of this law is of vital importance for the development and progress of our country. I hope that this law, which we finalized by working day and night with committee members during the whole summer period, will be auspicious for our country.
