The meeting was also attended by UBP MP Hasan Kucuk<\/span> and CTP MP Salahi \u015eahiner<\/span> took place.<\/p>\n

Noting that the regulation came to the parliamentary agenda for the first time in 2010, Hasipo\u011flu said, \u201cDuring the 13-year period, the law has taken its final form as a result of the contributions of many institutions and organizations in different periods of power.\u201d Hasipo\u011flu thanked all those who contributed and stated that he was made chairman of the Committee on October 3, 2022 and that they met 8 times in order to give the final shape to the regulation.<\/p>\n

Hasipo\u011flu stated that the purpose of the regulation is to ensure that the trade of goods is carried out through the markets within the conditions of free competition in accordance with the standards, food safety and health rules by registering; to protect the rights and interests of producers and consumers, to regulate the activities of persons engaged in the trade of goods and to establish markets with modern infrastructure.<\/p>\n

Noting that all products will be put on the market after being registered in the hales, Hasipo\u011flu stated that the wholesale purchase and sale of goods outside the hales will be prohibited, and the number of hales can be at least 2 and at most 5.<\/p>\n

Stating that the reference prices of the products will be published every day in a way that citizens can see, Hasipo\u011flu said, \u201cSince there are different stakeholders and a competitive environment, naturally, there may not be a perfect law that will satisfy all segments. However, a huge gap will be filled in terms of food security and price stability and determination for our citizens. When the Hal Law is passed by the Parliament, an important regulation will have entered our lives in this journey process of products starting from the field until they reach our table.\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
