The Administrative, Public and Health Affairs Committee of the Assembly of the Republic discussed the \u201cDraft Law on the Establishment of Atat\u00fcrk Teachers Academy (Amendment)\u201d, the \u201cDepartment of Inpatient Treatment Institutions (Establishment, Duties and Working Principles) (Amendment) Draft Law\u201d and the \u201cDraft Law on Certification Officers\u201d.<\/p>\n
The Administrative, Public and Health Affairs Committee of the Assembly of the Republic convened today at 10.00 am.<\/p>\n
According to the press release issued by the Parliament Press Office, the Committee discussed the \u201cDraft Law on the Establishment of Atat\u00fcrk Teachers Academy (Amendment)\u201d, the \u201cDraft Law on the Department of Inpatient Treatment Institutions (Establishment, Duties and Working Principles) (Amendment)\u201d and the \u201cDraft Law on Certifying Officers\u201d.<\/p>\n
The Administrative, Public and Health Affairs Committee meeting, which convened under the chairmanship of UBP MP Emrah Ye\u015fil\u0131rmak, was attended by Deputy Committee Chair Filiz Besim, Committee Member CTP MP Devrim Bar\u00e7\u0131n, Committee Member UBP MP Ahmet Sava\u015fan and Committee Member UBP MP Ziya \u00d6zt\u00fcrkler.<\/p>\n
The Committee first discussed the \u201cAtat\u00fcrk Teachers Academy Establishment (Amendment) Bill\u201d on its agenda and held its second reading. The Committee will hold the third reading of the Draft Law at its next meeting since it does not have any urgency.<\/p>\n
Officials from the Ministry of National Education, the Personnel Department, Atat\u00fcrk Teachers Academy and KT\u00d6S attended the Committee meeting as invitees and presented their views on the issue to the Committee.<\/p>\n
The Committee then discussed the \u201cDepartment of Inpatient Treatment Institutions (Establishment, Duties and Working Principles) (Amendment) Bill\u201d on its agenda and completed its third reading and unanimously referred it to the agenda of the General Assembly.<\/p>\n
Officials from the Ministry of Health attended the Committee meeting as invited guests and presented their views on the issue to the Committee.<\/p>\n
The Committee finally completed the item-by-item discussion of the \u201cDraft Law on Certification Officers\u201d on its agenda. The Committee will continue its work on the said Bill at its next meeting.<\/p>\n
