Dr. Ahmet Sava\u015fan pointed out that disability should not be seen as a \u201cpatient problem\u201d but as a democracy and human rights issue, and that it is necessary to find innovative solutions to build an accessible and egalitarian world for all.<\/p>\n
In his message, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Sava\u015fan pointed out that the theme of the 2023 World Day of Persons with Disabilities is \u201cto save and achieve sustainable development goals by acting together with persons with disabilities, for persons with disabilities\u201d and emphasized that achieving sustainable development goals requires not leaving anyone behind, especially the 1.3 billion disabled people around the world.<\/p>\n
