The Parliamentary Administrative, Public and Health Affairs Committee discussed the \u201cPublic Servants (Amendment) Bill\u201d, \u201cPublic Health Workers (Amendment) Bill\u201d, \u201cRegulation of Monthly (Salary-Wage) and Other Allowances of Public Employees (Amendment) Bill\u201d and \u201cProposal for a (Special) (Amendment) Law on the Unification of Municipalities\u201d.<\/p>\n

The Administrative, Public and Health Affairs Committee of the Assembly of the Republic unanimously approved four bills or proposals at its meeting today.<\/p>\n

According to the statement made by the Parliament, the committee convened at 10.00 am under the chairmanship of UBP MP Committee Chairman Emrah Ye\u015fil\u0131rmak.<\/p>\n

The Committee discussed the \u201cPublic Servants (Amendment) Bill\u201d, \u201cPublic Health Workers (Amendment) Bill\u201d, \u201cRegulation of Monthly (Salary-Wage) and Other Allowances of Public Employees (Amendment) Bill\u201d and \u201cProposal for a (Special) (Amendment) Law on the Unification of Municipalities\u201d.<\/p>\n

The Administrative, Public and Health Affairs Committee first discussed the \u201cPublic Servants (Amendment) Bill\u201d, the \u201cPublic Health Workers (Amendment) Bill\u201d, and the \u201cRegulation of Salaries (Salary-Wages) and Other Allowances of Public Employees (Amendment) Bill\u201d on its agenda and unanimously approved the said bills and referred them to the agenda of the General Assembly.<\/p>\n

Officials from the Ministry of Finance, Personnel Department, Security Forces Command, KTAMS, KAMU-SEN and KAMU-\u0130\u015e attended the committee meeting as invited guests and presented their views on the issue.<\/p>\n

The Committee then discussed and unanimously approved the \u201cProposal for a Law on the Unification of Municipalities (Special) (Amendment)\u201d and referred it to the agenda of the General Assembly.<\/p>\n

Officials from the Ministry of Interior, Personnel Department, Union of Cyprus Turkish Municipalities, Iskele Municipality, Mehmet\u00e7ik- B\u00fcy\u00fckkonuk Municipality, Ge\u00e7itkale-Serdarl\u0131 Municipality, Mesarya Municipality and DEV-\u0130\u015e, who attended the committee meeting as invitees, presented their views on the issue to the committee.<\/p>\n

The Administrative, Public and Health Affairs Committee meeting, which convened under the chairmanship of UBP MP Emrah Ye\u015fil\u0131rmak, was attended by Deputy Committee Chairperson CTP MP Filiz Besim, Committee members UBP MPs Ahmet Sava\u015fan, F\u0131rt\u0131na Karanfil and committee member CTP MP Devrim Bar\u00e7\u0131n.
