President of the World Health Tourism Council (GHTC), National Unity Party (UBP) MP Dr. Ahmet Sava\u015fan pointed out that the most powerful approach to keeping people living under a single global roof can be the \u201chuman rights approach\u201d and that with the increase in respect for human rights, the opportunity for people with different cultures to live together will increase.<\/p>\n
On December 10, Human Rights Day, President of the World Health Tourism Council (GHTC), UBP MP Dr. Ahmet Sava\u015fan made a statement and said: \u201cThe events that are taking place today, which we can basically consider as human rights violations, fuel hostility between people, increase xenophobia and racism, and reduce the possibility of people with different cultures to live together. This has the potential to make our world an uninhabitable place and this is the main enemy that needs to be fought against.\u201d.<\/p>\n
\u201cTHE MASSACRE IN GAZA MUST STOP IMMEDIATELY\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n Stating that what is happening in Gaza is the most blatant and brutal \u201chuman rights violations\u201d in recent years, Dr. Sava\u015fan said: \u201cThere are not two armies at war. Even if there were, the war would be fought according to certain rules. There is an army, equipped with all kinds of war apparatus, burning down a region where 2 million people live, killing every living creature it encounters, not to mention children and women. There can be no greater violation of human rights. While these events are taking place, unfortunately, the leading states of the world show reluctance to stop this war. Such brutal human rights violations, such wars, which are a black stain on history, will cause wounds that will not be healed for many years and will make it difficult for people to live together in the future. This brutal massacre must be stopped immediately.\u201d.<\/p>\n \u201cINEQUALITY IS THE BIGGEST PROBLEM\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n Pointing out that the world's population is increasing, Dr. Ahmet Sava\u015fan said: \u201cWhile bloody wars are taking place on the one hand, on the other hand, we are witnessing that the growing population is not provided with enough nutrition, shelter and development opportunities. In some parts of the world, poverty leads to situations worse than war. Deep poverty must be recognized as a violation of human rights and poverty must be combated,\u201d he said, emphasizing that the consequences of inequality weaken people's ability to live together and fuel racism and xenophobia, which can lead to bloody wars.<\/p>\n \u201cTHE REAL VIOLATIONS ARE THE INEQUALITIES EXPERIENCED BY BILLIONS OF PEOPLE!\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n In his message, he said, \u201cWhile we remember the human rights violations in various countries on December 10, International Human Rights Day, we should not ignore the mass injustices in our world.
