Cyprus Health Tourism Founding President Sava\u015fan emphasized that festival tourism has shown a great development worldwide in recent years and drew attention to the great economic, social and cultural benefits of festivals<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ahmet Sava\u015fan, Founding President of Cyprus Health Tourism, participated in the 2nd Children and Folk Festival organized by Incirli Muhtar's Office with the contributions of Beyarmudu Municipality.<\/p>\n

Pointing out that the festival is a first in the TRNC with many features, \u0130ncirli Headman Mustafa Ye\u015filleme said that their aim is to create a festival where all children in the country, especially those living in the region, will have fun and be happy.<\/p>\n

Emphasizing that festival tourism has shown a great development in recent years around the world, Ahmet Sava\u015fan underlined that festivals have an important place in the tourism strategies of countries due to the great economic, social and cultural returns they provide and that they have a growing potential day by day.<\/p>\n

OFFERS CHILDREN THE OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN WHILE HAVING FUN<\/strong><\/p>\n

Stating that locally determined and traditional festivals, which are symbolized by the region in which they are held, refresh the collective memory of the society and create positive effects in terms of tourism, Sava\u015fan said that the \u0130ncirli Festival for children brought an important movement to the region and that the event created an opportunity for children to learn while having fun.<\/p>\n

ALTERNATIVE TYPES INCLUDING FESTIVAL TOURISM SHOULD BE DEVELOPED<\/strong><\/p>\n

Underlining that the breakthroughs to be made in tourism can be realized through diversification in tourism types, Sava\u015fan emphasized that there is a great competition in the field of tourism today, and that countries that offer more and higher quality products stand out in this competition.<\/p>\n

Stating that a structure that is squeezed into a narrow area or type of tourism cannot meet the demands of the tourist profile, which is constantly diversifying and in search of new things, Sava\u015fan emphasized that with the development of alternative tourism types, including festival tourism, continuity will be achieved in our country's tourism and revenues per tourist will increase.<\/p>\n

O VOICE TURKEY CHILDREN'S CHAMPION GAVE A CONCERT<\/strong><\/p>\n

Starting with a cortege march, \u0130ncirli 2nd Children's and People's Festival included many performances prepared by children, as well as many activities such as African Acrobat group fire dance, Kur\u015funiler concert and many other activities. The festival, where free food and drinks were offered to the children for two days, ended with the concert of O Voice Turkey children's champion \u015eahin Kendirici.<\/p>\n
