The Draft Law on the Cyprus Turkish Pharmacists Association (Amendment) was approved by the Administrative, Public and Health Affairs Committee and referred to the Plenary Session of the Assembly of the Republic.
Administrative, Public and Health Affairs Committee, CTP MP, Deputy Chairman of the Committee Filiz Besim convened under the chairmanship of the Parliament. The Committee unanimously approved the “Cyprus Turkish Pharmacists Association (Amendment) Draft Law" on its agenda and referred it to the General Assembly of the Assembly of the Republic.
Committee members UBP MP Ahmet Savaşan, CTP MP Devrim Barçın and UBP MP Emrah Yesilirmak attended. The committee meeting was also attended by CTP MP Ceyhun Birinci also took part.
Within the scope of the regulation, it is aimed that pharmacy opening and closing hours, unethical behaviors, control of on-call hours, social responsibility projects and problems between patients and pharmacists can be solved by the boards to be established in the regions.
On the other hand, with the regulation in the draft law, the term of office of the board of directors of the Cyprus Turkish Pharmacists Association is extended from 2 years to 3 years.
