President of the World Health Tourism Council, UBP Nicosia Deputy Ahmet Savaşan, in his message published on the occasion of World Health Day, said, “Health is the most valuable treasure in life”.
President of the World Health Tourism Council, UBP Nicosia MP Ahmet Savaşan pointed out that World Health Day “creates an opportunity to remember that health is the most valuable treasure in life and the common right of people”.
In his message published on the occasion of World Health Day, Savaşan pointed out that although “health is defined as a human right” in the constitutions of 140 countries, billions of people do not have access to this right.
Savaşan stated that he saluted the call made by Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, Director General of the World Health Organization (WHO), who called on all people to say “my health is my right” on this important day, and emphasized that they will continue to do their part as the World Health Tourism Council to contribute to improving access to healthcare services in the world.
