Secretary General of the National Unity Party (UBP) Oguzhan Hasipoglu and UBP Group Deputy Chairman, MP Ahmet Savaşan, UBP participated in the “Conference on the Future of Palestine” organized by the AK Party Foreign Relations Presidency and Human Rights Presidency and held in Ankara.
Providing information about the conference on his social media account Ahmet Savaşan, “At the conference, where the importance of diplomacy, politics and international law in the future of Palestine was emphasized, we, like millions of people both in the conference hall and those who were not there, supported the just cause of the Palestinian people and once again showed the world that we are with them in their struggle for Palestinian independence.”.

“On behalf of the National Unity Party, we attended the “Conference on the Future of Palestine” organized by the AK Party Foreign Relations Presidency and the Human Rights Presidency in Ankara with the participation of the President of Turkey, Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, ministers, diplomats, ambassadors, mission chiefs, high-level deputies and commission chairs from the United Nations and the European Union.

CONFERENCE ON THE FUTURE OF PHILISTINE
In the first session of the conference, which started with the opening speech of AK Party Deputy Chairman Zafer Sırakaya and chaired by Fuat Oktay, Former Vice President of the President of Turkey and Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Commission of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, Hakan Fidan, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkey, and Ayman al-Safedi, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Jordan, the topic of “The Future of Palestine and Diplomacy” was discussed.
“The Role of Politics and Parliament in the Future of Palestine” was discussed in the second session chaired by former Turkish Foreign Minister and AK Party Antalya MP Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu with the participation of AK Party Deputy Chairman Efkan Ala and foreign diplomats.
In the last session, chaired by Cüneyt Yüksel, Chairman of the Justice Commission of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey and Istanbul MP, and with the participation of international lawyers, the topics of “The Role of International Law in the Future of Palestine” were discussed.”
