At its meeting today, the Administrative, Public and Health Affairs Committee of the Assembly of the Republic discussed the “Regulation of Monthly (Salary-Wage) and Other Allowances of Public Employees (Amendment) Law Proposal".

At its meeting today, the Administrative, Public and Health Affairs Committee of the Assembly of the Republic discussed the public procurement and pension amendment bills and the proposed law regulating the allowances of public employees.

According to the information given by the Assembly of the Republic, the committee convened today under the chairmanship of UBP MP Committee Chairman Emrah Yeşilırmak and discussed the “Proposal for the Regulation of Monthly (Salary-Wage) and Other Allowances of Public Employees (Amendment) Bill" proposed by National Unity Party Kyrenia MP Hasan Küçük. The Public Procurement (Amendment) Bill and the Pension (Amendment) Bill were also discussed at the meeting.

Officials from the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of National Education, Eastern Mediterranean University, EMU BİR-SEN, EMU PER-SEN, EMU-SEN and KAMU-SEN attended the Administrative, Public and Health Affairs Committee meeting as invitees and presented their views to the committee.

The Administrative, Public and Health Affairs Committee meeting, which convened under the chairmanship of Yeşilırmak, was attended by Deputy Chairman CTP MP Filiz Besim, CTP MP Devrim Barçın, UBP MPs Fırtına Karanfil and Ahmet Savaşan. CTP MPs Erkut Şahali also attended the committee meeting, Salahi Şahiner and Sami Özuslu also attended. Hasan Küçük, the author of the Proposal for the Regulation of Monthly (Salary-Wage) and Other Allowances of Public Employees (Amendment) Law, was also present at the meeting.
