The Assembly of the Republic, Administrative, Public and Health Affairs Committee discussed the “Housing Acquisition (Amendment) Bill”.
The Administrative, Public and Health Affairs Committee of the Assembly of the Republic convened today at 10.00 am.
According to the information given by the Parliament, the committee discussed the “Housing Acquisition (Amendment) Bill” on its agenda and continued to discuss it item by item. The Committee will continue its work on the Draft Law at its next meeting.
Officials from the Deputy Prime Minister's Office, the Ministry of Tourism, Culture, Youth and Environment, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Interior, the Union of Cyprus Turkish Municipalities, the Union of Cyprus Turkish Chambers of Engineers and Architects, the Cyprus Turkish Building Contractors Association and the Cyprus Turkish Realtors Association attended the committee meeting and presented their views on the issue.
The meeting of the Public and Health Affairs Committee was attended by the chairman UBP MP Emrah Yeşilırmak, deputy chairman CTP MP Filiz Besim, CTP MP Devrim Barçın, UBP MP Ahmet Savaşan. The committee meeting was also attended by CTP MP Salahi Şahiner,Product Solyalı, Independent MPs Ayşegül Baybars and Jale Refik Rogers also attended.
