The reconstituted permanent committees in the Assembly of the Republic were brought to the information of the deputies at the Assembly General Assembly today, and then the chairmen and deputies of the committees were elected.

According to the information given by the Assembly of the Republic, in accordance with the “Decision of the Presidency Council of the Assembly of the Republic regarding the memberships of the political party groups in the permanent committees”, the list showing the committee membership candidates of the political party groups is as follows:

“Economy, Finance, Budget and Planning Committee: (5 members)

Representing the UBP group Resmiye Eroğlu CANALTAY, Hasan Kucuk and Alişan Şan. CTP representing the group Erkut Şahali and Salahi Şahiner.

Legal, Political Affairs, Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee: (5 members)

Representing the UBP group Storm Carnation, Hasan Kucuk and Yasemi Öztürk. CTP representing the group Product Solyalı and Ongun Talat.

Administrative, Public and Health Affairs Committee: (5 members)

Representing the UBP group Sunat Atun, İzlem Gürçağ Altuğra and Ahmet Savaşan. CTP representing the group Devrim Barçın and Filiz Besim

Petition and Ombudsman Committee: (7 members)

Representing the UBP group Storm Carnation, Ali Pilli, Alişan Şan and Emrah Yesilirmak. CTP representing the group Biray Hamzaoğulları, Salahi Şahiner and Teberrüken Uluçay.

Court of Accounts Committee (5 members):

Representing the UBP group Storm Carnation, Ali Pilli and Emrah Yesilirmak. CTP representing the group Sami Özuslu and Teberrüken Uluçay.”

CHAIRMEN OF COMMITTEES ELECTED

The reconstituted standing committees in the Assembly of the Republic, following the work of the General Assembly, met with the Speaker of the Assembly with the agenda of “Election of Committee Chairmen and Deputy Chairmen”. Ziya Öztürkler chaired separately.

 LEGAL, POLITICAL AFFAIRS, FOREIGN AFFAIRS AND DEFENSE COMMITTEE

According to the information given by the Assembly of the Republic, UBP MP Yasemi Öztürk; Chairman of the Committee on Legal, Political Affairs, Foreign Affairs and Defense and CTP MP Ongun Talat was unanimously elected as Acting President.

The meeting of the Legal, Political Affairs, Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee was opened by the Chairman of the Committee, UBP MP Yasemi Öztürk, Committee Member UBP MPs Storm Carnation, Hasan Kucuk and Committee Member CTP MP Product Solyalı attended.

 PETITIONS AND OMBUDSMAN COMMITTEE

UBP MP Ali Pilli, Chairman of the Petitions and Ombudsman Committee and CTP MP Salahi Şahiner was unanimously elected as Acting President.

The meeting of the Petitions and Ombudsman Committee was attended by the Chairman of the Committee, UBP MP Ali Pilli, Deputy Chairman of the Committee CTP MP Salahi Şahiner, Committee Member UBP MPs Storm Carnation, Alişan Şan, Emrah Yesilirmak and Committee Member CTP Members of Parliament Biray Hamzaoğulları and Teberrüken Uluçay attended.

 ADMINISTRATIVE, PUBLIC AND HEALTH AFFAIRS COMMITTEE

UBP MP Sunat Atun; Chairman of the Committee on Administrative, Public and Health Affairs and CTP MP Filiz Besim was unanimously elected as Acting President.

The meeting of the Committee on Administrative, Public and Health Affairs Committee was attended by the Chairman of the Committee, UBP MP Sunat Atun, Committee member UBP MPs İzlem Gürçağ Altuğra, Ahmet Savaşan and Committee Member CTP MP Devrim Barçın attended.

 ECONOMY, FINANCE, BUDGET AND PLANNING COMMITTEE

 AUDIT COMMITTEE

CTP MP Teberrüken Uluçay Chairman of the Court of Accounts Committee and UBP MP Emrah Yesilirmak was also unanimously elected as Acting President.

The meeting of the Court of Accounts Committee was attended by the Chairman of the Committee CTP MP Teberrüken Uluçay, Deputy Chairman of the Committee, UBP MP Emrah Yesilirmak, Committee member UBP MPs Storm Carnation, Ali Pilli and Committee Member CTP MP Sami Özuslu attended.
