UBP Group Deputy Chairman Ahmet Savaşan announced that they hosted TURKPA Secretary General Mehmet Süreyya Er and Bulgarian HÖH MPs Ceyhan İbramov and Taner Ali, who visited the country as part of the July 20 celebrations, at the Republican Assembly.
UBP Group Deputy Chairman Ahmet Savaşan, The Parliamentary Assembly of the Republic of Turkey announced that it was pleased to welcome Bulgarian Movement for Rights and Freedoms (HÖH) MPs Ceyhan İbramov and Taner Ali and Secretary General of the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic States (TURKPA) Mehmet Süreyya Er, who visited the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus as part of the July 20 Peace and Freedom Day celebrations.
Savaşan stated that during the meeting held on this meaningful day, issues that will strengthen mutual solidarity and cooperation were discussed. Noting that during the meeting, regional developments, relations with the Turkic world and increasing inter-parliamentary communication were exchanged, Savaşan thanked the delegation for their support for the struggle of the Turkish Cypriot people for peace, freedom and independence.
