IATI, Turkey's leading travel solution provider used by more than 20,000 agencies in 41 countries around the world, presented outstanding achievement awards to successful tourism professionals for their contributions to the tourism of Northern Cyprus.
Among the 160 agencies registered in our country, the managers of the 10 most successful agencies carrying the most passengers to Northern Cyprus through the IATI system were given awards.
The ceremony was attended by Minister of Tourism Faiz Sucuoğlu, Undersecretary Kemal Deniz, KITSAB President, Turkish Aid Counselor Bekir Karaduman, IATI Cyprus Representative and Akmina Travel Club Chairman İsmail Abidin, IATI officials Burak Akpınar, Orkut Çabuk, Coşkun Aksu, Mine Önocak, Pegasus Airlines Cyprus Representative Zeki Ziya, Assistant General Manager İlkay Aslım and tourism professionals.

At the night organized by Akmina Travel Club, the TRNC Representative of IATI, at Cratos Premium Hotel, IATI and Akmina Travel Club Chairman İsmail Abidin were also awarded for their cooperation and support.
Among the local agencies using the system in Turkey, IATI presented plaques to those who brought the most passengers and certificates of appreciation to those who ranked between 4 and 10.
In the night, Burak Akpınar, who is also an IATI Official and a member of the Antalyaspor Club Management, gave the signed jersey of ETO to Tourism Minister Faiz Sucuoğlu.
Minister Sucuoğlu frequently chatted with tourism representatives and received information about the latest developments and problems in tourism.
Speaking at the night, İsmail Abidin, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Akmina Travel Club, gave the good news that they opened their outgoing flights this year and said that they aim to take the people of the country on a world tour with the most affordable price guarantee.
Stating that their company will continue to contribute to tourism, Abidin thanked the Ministry of Tourism and the Turkish Aid Delegation for their contributions to tourism.
