Members of the European Union Harmonization Committee of the Assembly of the Republic of Turkey visited the European Union Coordination Center under the Prime Ministry and received information about the activities carried out
According to the information provided by the Prime Ministry, MPs Şifa Çolakoğlu, Oguzhan Hasipoglu, Hüseyin Çavuş and Ahmet Savaşan’A presentation was made to the European Union Harmonization Committee by the experts of the EU Coordination Center under the chairmanship of Coordinator Betül Atasayan Gülseven at the Prime Ministry European Union Coordination Center.
The presentation provided detailed information on the political, financial and technical activities carried out by the European Union Coordination Center in partnership with the European Union.
During the presentation, the issues related to the relations between the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and the European Union (EU), the harmonization studies with the EU Acquis, the studies carried out with the World Bank and the Republic of Turkey, the Green Line Regulation, the Hellim registration and the negotiation process were discussed and the process experienced regarding these studies was evaluated.
Following the presentation, it was decided to increase the cooperation between the European Union Harmonization Committee and the European Union Coordination Center in order to take the work to be carried out in the coming period further, and it was agreed to make long-term planning for the work to be carried out with the European Union.
