Elected as an MP from the National Unity Party (UBP) Ahmet Savaşan, participated in the program titled ‘Sabah Postası’ broadcast on Kıbrıs Postası TV and answered questions.
“WE WILL OPEN A NEW PAGE WITH FAİZ SUCUOĞLU”
Savaşan, UBP President Faiz Sucuoglu and stated that they will open a new page in the country. Stating that the Turkish Cypriot people gave the UBP 24 parliamentary seats, Savaşan said that the people will open a new era Faiz Sucuoglu that it should be established under the prime minister's chairmanship.
“STABILITY MUST FIRST START IN POLITICS”
“We were wearing a shirt of fire,” Savaşan said, underlining Sucuoğlu's statement that ‘we will wear a shirt of lava’. Stating that the needs of economic and social life are very important and great, Savaşan emphasized that they will work hard. Stating that stability should first start in politics, Savaşan stated that it should then be dominant in areas such as economy, education, health and social life.
“THE PRIME MINISTER WILL FORM THE CABINET TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE BALANCE WITHIN THE PARTY”
Stating that the cabinet will be formed as well as the government model that will serve the country will be investigated, Savaşan stated that the prime minister will be in charge of whoever he assigns, taking into account the balances within the party. Savaşan said that they will do their part both in the cabinet and in the parliament.
