The Administrative, Public and Health Affairs Committee of the Assembly of the Republic discussed the draft laws on the amendment of the Personnel Department and the Prime Ministry and Central Organization.

The Administrative, Public and Health Affairs Committee of the Assembly of the Republic convened today at 10.00 am under the chairmanship of UBP MP Committee Chairman Emrah Yeşilırmak.

According to the information given by the Parliament, the Committee first discussed the Personnel Department (Establishment, Duties and Working Principles) (Amendment) Bill. The bill, whose general discussion has been completed, will continue to be discussed article by article.

The committee then discussed the “Prime Ministry and Central Organization (Establishment, Duties and Working Principles) Draft Law” and completed its general discussion. Article-by-article discussion of the bill will continue.

Officials from the Prime Ministry, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Finance, the Personnel Department, the Central Bank, the Turkish Cypriot Civil Servants Union (KTAMS) and the Turkish Cypriot Public Servants Union (KAMU-SEN) attended the committee meeting as invitees and conveyed their views on the issue.

The Administrative, Public and Health Affairs Committee meeting, which convened under the chairmanship of Emrah Yeşilırmak, was attended by Deputy Chairman Filiz Besim, Committee Member UBP MP Ahmet Savaşan and Committee Member UBP MP Ziya Öztürkler.
