The Turkey-1 team became champions by defeating Azerbaijan 3-1 in the final of the tournament hosted by the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, while the TRNC finished fourth in the organization.
The Turkey-1 team became champions of the Turkic World Parliamentary Football Tournament, hosted by the Grand National Assembly of Turkey and with the participation of the TRNC, by defeating Azerbaijan in the final.
The tournament, held at the sports facilities of a hotel in the Kadriye Tourism Center of Serik district, with Türk Telekom as the main sponsor, was attended by three teams from Turkey, as well as Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
On the last day of the tournament, the final match was between Azerbaijan and Turkey-1. In a closely contested match, Turkey-1 defeated Azerbaijan 3-1 and became the champion.
Gençlik ve Spor Minister Osman Aşkın Bak, who plays for the Türkiye-1 team, also scored his team's last goal.
Kyrgyzstan took third place and Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus took fourth place in the tournament.
