The 5th week program of the National Unity Party Political Academy's I. term 5th week program was moderated by Retired Rear Admiral Assoc. Prof. Dr. Cihat Yaycı, Prof. Dr. Levent Eraslan and National Unity Party Political Academy's I. term 5th week program was moderated by Academy Coordinator, UBP Group Deputy Chairman Dr. Ahmet Savaşan. The program was held at the Near East University (NEU) Grand Library with the participation of UBP youth, women and members, as well as Parliament Speaker Zorlu Töre, UBP President, Prime Minister Ünal Üstel, Ministers, MPs, District Heads and Mayors.

The 5th week program of the Political Academy, which was established with the initiative of UBP President and Prime Minister Ünal Üstel with the aim of ensuring that especially young people and women who will take part in politics undergo a good education and become well-equipped and visionary, was held with the participation of Retired Rear Admiral Assoc. Prof. Dr. Cihat Yaycı's “Eastern Mediterranean Energy Problem and the Strategic Importance of the Island of Cyprus”, TEDX speaker Prof. Dr. Levent Eraslan, who is the President of SODIMER, an organization that has provided free training to 100 thousand people with international participation in the last three years, the founder of Turkey's first Metaverse School, the founder of the “Turkey Metaverse Platform” and Start-UP school with leading entrepreneurs in the field of metaverse. Prof. Dr. Levent Eraslan's lectures on “Digital Political Propaganda”, Prof. Dr. Oğuz Karakartal, who has been working on Turkish Cypriot Culture and Literature for many years, has served as Head of Department, Dean and Vice Rector in many universities, European University of Lefke, Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Department of Turkish Language and Literature and a member of the TRNC Presidency Culture and Arts Committee, and one of the editors of the History of Turkish Cypriot Literature from the Beginning to the Present, gave lectures on “Turkish and Greek Image with Visual Documents”.

PRESIDENT TATAR WILL GIVE THE CLOSING LECTURE OF UBP POLITICS ACADEMY...

The 6th week program of the UBP Politics Academy (Saturday, April 27, 2024) will continue with the lectures of Özer Kanlı on “Elections and the National Unity Party” and TRNC President Ersin Tatar on “The Vision of a Two-State Solution”. Planned for 6 weeks, the first semester of the Political Academy will be completed with the certificate ceremony to be held on the same day.
