Stating that they responded to the demand for rural land and social housing of young people who want to build their future in their own country from the first day they took office and put it into practice, Üstel said, “Our Ministry of Interior has completed all the work to open new rural land plots within the need. We will start distributing them in rural areas to our young people in need. After the distribution, we passed the legal arrangement in the Republican Assembly so that our young people can stay in their region and build their houses there. We are starting social housing projects in towns that are not rural areas. We offer low-interest, long-term loan opportunities. We will share the details in the coming days. We have a promise to our people, our youth,” he said.

 

Stating that approximately 17 billion TL of financial resources will be brought to the country with the new protocol signed with the Vice President of the Motherland Turkey Cevdet Yılmaz, Mr. Üstel thanked the President Erdoğan and Vice President Yılmaz for their contribution and support.

Stating that they will take giant steps in the field of health with the protocol, Üstel noted that they will also make new initiatives for farmers and animal husbandry.

Noting that they are trying to help every sector and employee in a balanced way, Üstel announced that they will take giant steps in Health in 2025.

 

Üstel said, “We will serve everywhere that needs service. No stopping, keep going. We will do the service for our people. We are doing everything we promised to our people.”.

Üstel also made important statements on electricity:

In the Nicosia region, Yenikent, there were problems with electricity because it was a new development area. The same development is taking place in İskele, in the Yeni Boğaziçi region. We put out a tender for that area 3 months ago and completed the tender for new reinforcement energy. Approximately 20 million dollars and when this project is realized in the following period, there will be reinforcement due to the electricity shortage experienced from time to time in Yeni Boğaziçi and İskele region and this problem will not be experienced again. But even there we encountered difficulties. We will continue to serve our people without fearing anyone.

On September 21, Üstel emphasized that he wanted support to continue his services at the congress to be held and said, “This is a race for democracy, a race within the party, this is solidarity. Everyone can have someone in their hearts. Let's spend this congress as a feast, a feast; let's spend it to show those who want to see a lesson in democracy in the TRNC. We will continue to serve with 24 deputies in unity. We have many more projects to do. We will continue on the road with our coalition partners. No stopping, keep going,” he said.
