According to the press release issued by the Press and Public Relations Office of Near East University, on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr, Near East University Hospital Board Member Ahmet Savaşan‘s Chief Physician Sevim Erkmen, Public Relations Manager Peyman Hassoy, doctors and nurses did not leave the patients alone on Eid and celebrated their feasts.
The statement said that Ahmet Savaşan, in his speech during the visit, expressed his great pleasure to celebrate Eid al-Fitr, which unites people with bonds of love and respect, together with doctors, nurses and all staff together with their patients. In the statement, Savaşan emphasized that they wish all people to celebrate such an important feast day at home with their families and loved ones, and wished the patients, including foreigners, to be discharged with healing as soon as possible.
NEU Hospital Emergency Department will provide uninterrupted service during the holiday period
Ahmet Savaşan, Savaşan said that health services will continue to be provided uninterruptedly during the Ramadan Feast and that the hospital can be reached via the emergency telephone line 153 and added that “our wish is to have a beautiful and peaceful feast in which no one's nose will bleed”. Finally, Savaşan, on behalf of the Near East University Hospital, congratulated the entire Islamic world as well as those at home and abroad on the Eid al-Fitr.
