The Administrative, Public and Health Affairs Committee of the Assembly of the Republic unanimously approved the “Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus National Education (Amendment) Bill” and referred it to the General Assembly.

According to the statement made by the Parliament, the Administrative, Public and Health Affairs Committee discussed the “Public Health Workers (Amendment) Bill”, “Olive and Olive Products Amendment Bill”, “Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus National Education (Amendment) Bill” and “Cosmetic Products (Amendment) Bill” on its agenda.
The Committee first unanimously approved the “Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus National Education (Amendment) Bill” and referred it to the General Assembly.
The Committee then discussed the “Public Health Workers (Amendment) Bill”, the “Olive and Olive Products Amendment Bill” and the “Cosmetic Products (Amendment) Bill” and continued the article-by-article discussion of the relevant Draft Laws. It was reported that the Committee will continue its discussions on the Draft Laws in its upcoming meetings.
Özdemir Berova The meeting of the Administrative, Public and Health Affairs Committee chaired by CTP MP, Deputy Chairman of the Committee Filiz Besim and Committee Members UBP MPs Ahmet Savaşan and Emrah Yesilirmak attended.
Officials from the Ministry of National Education, Ministry of Economy and Energy, General Agricultural Insurance Fund, Chamber of Commerce, Chamber of Food Engineers, Chamber of Industry, Chamber of Environmental Engineers, Department of Commerce, Ministry of Agriculture, Department of Environmental Protection, Chamber of Agricultural Engineers, Agricultural Research Institute, Cyprus Turkish Farmers Union, Cyprus Turkish Chamber of Tradesmen and Craftsmen, TIP-İŞ, Kamu-Sen, Cyprus Turkish Nurses and Midwives Union, Ministry of Health, ZEYSAN, Ministry of Finance, Bio-Der and Chamber of Chemical Engineers attended the committee meeting and made comments and suggestions.
